While representing nature has always been an artistic challenge for both music and scenography, we now have to question the shows’ materiality, the development of their economy, and how opera houses’ activities might be redesigned in light of the environmental emergency. How does the industry at large envision the future of the lyric sector? Conferences, meetings and round tables are on the agenda of this annual event.
